All our products are shipped from Spain, in our warehouses located in Valencia.

Once the order is placed, your order will need 24 hours to be processed and then it will be shipped.

The shipping time ranges between 4 and 5 business days except in extraordinary situations.

Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your order at all times.

We work from Monday to Friday, so no shipments will be made on weekends.

The following areas are excluded from delivery: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
