CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, you must take into account the following conditions:

  • You have up to 30 calendar days from the time of delivery of the order to request an exchange/return.
  • The product must be new, unused, with unremoved tags, in the original packaging and not damaged.
  • Products can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color. Otherwise, you must request a return.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of panties.
  • We do not accept returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All returns must be made through Correos (www.correos.es) by certified mail, taking the product to the nearest office. The products must be sent to the following address: BEEPING - Carrer dels Artesans, 29, 46970 Alaquàs, Valencia, Spain

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE STEPS

In this file you will find a step-by-step breakdown to make it easier for you to make your return/exchange.

1. In order to proceed with the exchange/return of the purchased product, you must complete the following form, filling in all the sections with the corresponding information: RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM

2. You must print the form, keep the product in its original packaging and then pack it together with the printed and completed form.

Send us a photo of the completed form to the store's e-mail address: hola@aura-wear.co with the subject: Return/Exchange + order number.

3. Take the package to Correos, and send it by registered mail to the following address:

BEEPING - Carrer dels Artesans, 29, 46970 Alaquàs, Valencia, Spain.

You can look for the office closest to your home at https://www.correos.es/es/es/herramientas/oficinas-buzones-citypaq/detalle.

The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

4. Once we receive the product, the conditions of the product will be reviewed. If your request is authorized, we will review the following:

If you requested a return:

  • If your return is authorized, you will receive an email notification that your return was successfully processed. 
  • If you chose to receive a refund, it will be handled according to the payment method used for your original purchase.
    • Amounts paid by credit card or express payment will be refunded by the same method of payment.
    • If you purchased cash on delivery, the amount will be credited to the account number you provided when filling out the form.

If you requested a change of size or color:

  • If your change is authorized, you will receive an email notification that your request was successfully processed. 
  • If you chose a size or color change, it will be shipped and you will receive all the updates corresponding to your new order via email. In case we do not have the size or color you requested, we will refund your money.
