Can I wear shapewear every day?
Yes, many of our products are designed for everyday use. However, it is important to follow the wearing recommendations to ensure comfort.
Are the shapewear products visible under clothing?
Our products are designed to be discreet, but we recommend that you choose the right shapewear for your outfit.
How should I wash my shapewear?
Most of our products can be hand or machine washed. Please refer to the product labels for care and follow the recommendations to maximise the life of your garments.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit/debit card, or via PayPal.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs 4,99£.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from shipping.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order is placed, your order will need 24 hours to be processed and then it will be shipped. The shipping time ranges between 4 and 5 business days except in extraordinary situations.
Can I receive an order on the weekend?
At the moment we work from Monday to Friday, so we do not ship on weekends, so it is important that you take precautions if you need to receive your order between those days.
I made a mistake when I entered my delivery details, what can I do?
In this case, please try to contact us through our email hola@aura-wear.co within 12 hours of purchase and provide us with the correct details.
Please note that after 12 hours our products have already been packed and are ready for dispatch, so we will not be able to change the details of your order.
